 Any person selling or transferring ownership of a property in Arizona served by an onsite wastewater treatment facility (including a conventional septic tank system or and alternative onsite wastewater treatment facility) must retain a qualified Inspector to inspect the facility within six months prior to transferring ownership of the property. 

We conduct Septic Inspections in Maricopa and Pinal Counties, we do all the locating, excavating and pumping of the Septic Tank. Upon completion of the Inspection you will receive a Property Transfer Inspection Report e-mailed within 24-48hrs.
